Food is my love language 

I’ve been working in the food industry for over two decades, and while I’ve held every position imaginable, from line cook to restaurant owner, the most fulfilling job I’ve had is that of dad.

I love cooking with my kids and sharing my love of food with them, and there’s nothing better than seeing them try (and enjoy) new foods.

Through my years as a professional chef I’ve learned valuable time-saving tricks that most home cooks don’t know, but that help make cooking faster, more efficient, and downright fun. I want to share my hard-won knowledge with you and your kids so that you can all feel comfortable in any kitchen and have a selection of go-to recipes fit for any occasion.
